Kölsch Krusch

Kölsch-Style Ale | 5.1% ABV
 
This pale straw ale is cold fermented for subtlety, as is tradition in Köln (Cologne).  The aroma is a subdued blend of malt graininess, floral hops, and apple & pear from the yeast. On the palate, the bright noble hops are more pronounced, but it finishes clean with just enough bitterness.
