Hoptileitious – Double IPA

8.0% ABV

Our flagship beer and winner of the August 2014 “Be a Brewer for a Day” competition. This Double IPA features a bright, citrus, and floral nose, followed by a mellow malt backbone and finishing with a strong hoppy bitterness. The maltiness in the middle makes this very drinkable and appealing to IPA and non-IPA drinkers.

Patchwork Pale
Patchwork Pale – American Pale Ale

5.1% ABV

The Mosaic dry hopping provides a patchwork of floral and tropical fruit aromas that mingle in the nose, with tastes of citrus and a light but balanced malt sweetness. The finish is refreshingly crisp with a subtle hop bitterness.

Orange You Glad
Orange You Glad … – American Wheat

5.5% ABV

… we didn’t say banana? This American wheat beer has a clean hop aroma with a hint of orange (unlike its German brethren which carry banana and clove esters). The orange continues in the taste where the wheat also gives a subtle malt flavor and round mouthfeel. With a crisp finish, this is a delightful summer beer.

The Kings’ Nightcap – Imperial Stout

8.4% ABV

The aroma starts with a molasses and caramel malt nose with a hint of alcohol, followed by a full-bodied, complex flavor dominated by roasted dark malts. A bit of oatmeal provides a pleasing smoothness to the body, but the finish is the roastiness of a traditional Imperial Stout.
