Hoptileitious – Double IPA [Café Hoptileitious also available]

8.6% ABV

Our flagship beer and winner of the August 2014 “Be a Brewer for a Day” competition. This Double IPA features a bright, citrus, and floral nose, followed by a mellow malt backbone and finishing with a strong hoppy bitterness. The maltiness in the middle makes this very drinkable and appealing to IPA and non-IPA drinkers.

US 101
US 101: The Pacific Coast Hopway

7.4% ABV

This West Coast IPA is hop forward, with a subtle citrus nose and strong flavors of grapefruit and pine. The malt plays second fiddle, letting the hops dominate through to the dry, bitter finish.

YergFest – Festbier

6.4 % ABV

This Festbier, the modern-day lager served at Germany’s Oktoberfests, is golden and crystal clear. The nose is malty, with a subtle noble hop character. The flavor is malt-balanced, with a clean and crisp finish.

Wee Love Scotch – Wee Heavy

7.5% ABV

Aromas and flavors of malt dominate this rich and flavorful beer. Hop character is absent while caramel malt sweetness is balanced by a touch of peat-smoked malt to produce a beer reminiscent of distilled peaty whiskey.

“A Beer Has No Name” – Red IPA

7.5% ABV

The first whiff of this red IPA offers strong notes of citrus and a hint of mango. Tasting reveals malt with a touch of caramel, citrus and the hoppiness you’d expect. Recommended for those who enjoy Amber Ales, but are exploring IPAs.

LV’s Hoppin’ – Session IPA

3-4% ABV

A session IPA made with local ingredients, including Deer Creek malts, and hops picked by the brewer and harvested from the bines by friends at a special event at the brewery.

Three Kings & a Wench – Imperial Stout

9.0% ABV

The first beer brewed on the Yergey system, this Imperial Stout starts with the aroma of dark chocolate and malt and finishes with a roasty bitterness that lingers on the tongue.

Anna Banana
Anna Banana – Hefeweizen

5.5 % ABV

This Bavarian-style wheat beer is full of banana and clove character in both nose and flavor. The wheat lends a light, bread-like sweetness and fluffy mouthfeel. Effervescent carbonation leaves your palate refreshed and ready for more.

Simply (or HOT) Chocolate – American Porter

6.7% ABV

Brewed with organic Ghana cacao nibs, the base Chocolate American Porter has a rich and robust chocolaty aroma and a finish filled with roasty bitterness. Or, ask a bartender to kick up the heat by adding fresh habanero extract. Warmth hits the back of the tongue and throat without overpowering the chocolaty notes.

sLIGHTly Nuts
sLIGHTly Nuts – British Mild

3.3% ABV

Starting with a characteristic malty aroma of hazelnut and toffee with a hint of dark fruit, this British Mild is toasty and nutty. Its flavor profile is rounded out by a mild bitterness and the addition of hazelnut.

9th Edition: Amarillo – Session IPA

4.6% ABV

Relatively low alcohol content but nice malt body combine with citrus aroma and grapefruit flavor to make this a super-drinkable session IPA. This ninth edition in our Session Series features Amarillo hops in the dry-hop.

Friend of the Devil – Belgian Dark Strong Ale

9.2% ABV

This Belgian Dark Strong Ale begins with an aroma of spice that quickly warms the chest with a bit of dark caramel and malt richness before ending with a clean finish of dark fruit flavors of fig and raisin. Saints and sinners watch out.

We kicked up the heat of our Simply, Chocolate by adding fresh habanero extract. Warmth hits the back of the tongue and throat without overpowering the chocolaty notes.

Weiss Ass Rockin’ Bock – Weizenbock

7.5% ABV

This complex beer mixes the banana and clove aroma of a wheat beer with the malty richness of a bock. The flavor comes through as brown bread with no hint of hops in flavor or aroma.
