This pale straw cream ale is all about balance, with subtle sweet malt aromas from the pilsner malt and corn, balanced by subtle floral hop notes. The flavor has a nice cracker maltiness along with a moderate corn sweetness, again balanced by herbal and floral hop bitterness. The finish is clean and this beer is super crushable.
