This batch of our British-style ruby ale has been aged in a Jefferson Ocean bourbon barrel, providing warm aromas of vanilla, dark fruit, and brown sugar along with lovely oak notes. The flavor follows suit, with an upfront fruitiness that melds into a malty, toasty beer with accents of vanilla and brown sugar from the bourbon. The toasted malt and oak combine for a delightful finish.
