This moderately hazy pale straw ale has a fluffy white head & complex aroma of commingled coriander, citrus, & white pepper. On the palette, this beer is initially soft & rounded with lots of character and malt sweetness from the un-malted wheat, then finishes surprisingly dry with a zippy & refreshing aftertaste.
