Dryad

This green tea infused rice lager is the brain child of home-brewer Griffin Weaver. It has a lovely nose of ripe orange and lemongrass from the Sorachi Ace hops, leading to a lovely fruity, subtly grassy flavor. The finish is dry, slightly limey, with a hint of umami from the Sencha green tea.
