HIS BEER IS MY BEER TOO! This dunkelweizen, or dark wheat, has aromas of clove and dried cherries. On the pallet the grainy wheat character blends with a slightly toasted malt sweetness and fruity esters of banana and clove and finishes soft and mildly sweet.
