Well, this “glowing,” pale golden ale is effervescent with a rich white head, mild aromas of pear and peppery spice from the Belgian yeast commingled with an almost perfume like floral character from the Celia hops. With a medium body, mild malt sweetness, and hint of alcohol, the floral hoppy, and pepper spice notes from the aroma grow on the palate, finishing with a moderately dry hoppy finish.
