This golden lager has a rich bready aroma with subtle grassy and herbal notes from the Czech Saaz hops. On the palate the heirloom pilsner malt's lovely biscuity, cereal notes provide background to the spicy, herbal hop bitterness. The finish is dry with a mild herbal bitterness that will have you asking “Is this the real life?”
