The aroma of Keep It Simple Scottish-style ale is reminiscent of lady finger cookies with a slight apple fruit note. On the palate the mild toasted bread & caramel flavors meld with the fruity esters to produce an easy drinking malt-focused beer that finishes medium-dry with grainy malt notes.
