This golden blond ale has a big rich head, earthy, grainy-sweet and subtle fruity aromas from the Belgian yeast. The upfront flavor has a hint of clove spice, also from the yeast, then opens into a full honey, malty flavors mingling with some fruitiness, and finishes dry with subtle earthiness from the hops.
