Yergey's Goode Ale
Colonial-Style Ale | 4.2% ABV
This colonial-style ale takes inspiration from 18th-century American beer recipes. The aroma is slightly sweet with notes of brown bread, and dark fruit esters, with a subtle roasted character. The flavor gives notes of toffee, toast, and added complexity from the molasses. Spruce tips give the finish a mild bitterness and provide a unique, herbal character. This beer was brewed in celebration of the US 250th anniversary with the Emmaus Historical Society.
